Please indicate the time slots you would be available. As you can see the stints are just over an hour. With this information we can see how many teams we might need.
We can run as many teams as we need to get everybody involved. Probably the minimum number of old guys would be 6 with maybe 12 a better number. If you can only find time for one stint you are still welcome.

What kind of car are you driving?
Mercedes GT3
Do we have a setup to practice with other than iracing base set please?
What sort of reasonable consistent lap times should we be aiming at?
I can do 1:44's with fuel and a very slightly modified base set but I see 42's in hosted sessions. Set the tire pressures to minimum and work the wing down to 0. I like the diff lock at 50 or less. Still playing around with sets. Just check out some hosted sessions and see the times.
Cheers
Had a play with setup as suggested time improving but mainly concentrating on staying on track and completing laps. The problem for me is the car hitting the rev limiter long before the finish line on the oval section and into the first corner and that's on my own without any tow!
I guess that's the same for everyone or am i missing something in the setup?
Jay Freels has a set I should get tomorrow and we can try that plus the other one I have.
OK cheers Joel.
Starting to get a little worried about the lack of sign ups.
Joel do we have a setup to try please?

This is a starter set. Let me know any changes you make or want.
Thanks Joel much appreciated. I will give it a go and endeavour to get some more consistent laps in and see how it goes. As it stands right now I'm not sure I'm confident enough to commit to this but who knows what another few days may bring.
Few registered so far. Is there a chance to run?
Sure. Just pick some time or times on the sign up sheet
Canceled due to lack of interest
Sorry Joel but just not good enough yet and need to put a lot more time in on track and the whole GT endurance racing thing. Will continue on in the hope that sometime in the future we can pull a team together. In the mean time it would be good if possible to get some team driving practice along with others and the whole driver swap discipline etc.
Joel, I have the interest but this being my first season I didn't want to distract myself from our regular races. I love endurance racing and am looking forward to being part of a 60+ team. Next season I'll be ready to go.
We have Sebring 12hr coming up and some others. I couldn't get it together this time either.
Good morning people.
Regarding Kendummer's concern, I suggest participating in the iRacing Endurance Le Mans Series. A biweekly race of average duration of 6 hours where all learning is possible.
I have participated in endurances for some time and I can say that the main thing in a long-term race is a safe and constant driving of the car, avoiding accidents both of their own mistakes and avoiding accidents caused by other cars on the track, but nothing exceptional in this .
Any questions just post here. Hug to everyone.
Very good suggestion.
Thanks Arnaldo, I have looked at all options and at the moment tending to be practising and looking at the series where you can race with the same cars on you own i.e. not long endurance races. To do the Le Mann series you need a team and that is the element of endurance racing that requires team work practice on a regular basis.
Kendummer ...
The series I have suggested are 6-hour races that you can do with only 2 riders taking turns at each stint.
I participated in this weekend of the 24 hours of Daytona with a team of 8 people, we finished in P9 in class GT3.
It is an addictive experience, those who experience do not leave.
Well done Arnaldo that's a great result, just to finish is quite an achievement. What car were you driving?
Mercedes AMG GT3
